Guo Angao, manager of Suzhou Lingling Electronics,said, "We have set up 6 new production lines to meet our huge export tasks and need technical workers. These workers hired in Handan were trained by the local labor department and they are very welcome. "

The labor bureau's job doesn't end with helping workers signing collective contracts and providing training. It's also involved in their transport and providing post-contract service to the employees.
