10. Detailed Planning of Logistics Industry Cluster Area of Chengde Inland Port for Administration

I. Project Content

Located at the north of Chengde City, the planned area is from Xiaodonggou Village in its north, to the south end of Shuangfeng Temple in its south, to the Shuangfeng Temple Railway Station in its west and to No.66028 Unit in its east. The total area is 5 square kilometers.

II. Project Background

Located in the joint area of the Northeast, the North of China and the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, Chengde City is convenient to access. With the construction of the tourist branch line airport and Jingshen Special Railway Line for Passengers, its location advantage of "one city with five provinces" will be more prominent and its traffic advantage will be the important support for its future development. Adhering to the urban development strategy of "expansion to the south, entering to the west, extension to the north and distribution of the middle," the plan should avoid over-centralizing population and function in the central district and seriously carry out the population distribution of the old town.

11. Detailed Plan for Midtown Residential Area, Zhangjiakou City

I. Project Content

Construct a high-quality and top-grade residential district with comfortable habitation conditions, beautiful environment, complete facilities and useful functions.

 II. Investment Estimate

The project planning expense will be carried out in accordance with present standards.

III. Project Background

As the new town of Zhangjiakou City, the midtown area will be the key region of urban construction in the future. With such projects as administration, office, culture, entertainment, business and finance buildings, it will be the center of Zhangjiakou City. The residential district is built for the new town construction.

1. Planning Scale: The architectural area is about 0.6 million square meters.

12. Planning of Zhangjiakou City Rail Transit

I. Project Content

The distance between each section of Zhangjiakou City is too far. It is 15km from the central section to the old town neighborhood, 20 km to the Xuanhua section and 13 km to the Wanquan section. It is about 30 km from the old town section to the Xuanhua neighborhood. It can strengthen the connection between each group to construct a convenient rail transit system so that transportation among each section can be better coordinated.

III. Project Background

Zhangjiakou City is located in northwestern Hebei Province, which is a crossing-point for Beijing, Hebei Province, Shanxi Province and the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region. The total area of the city is 37,000 square kilometers, and the total population is 4.59 million. In recent years, with rapid development, Zhangjiakou City has created a central urban developing structure of "one city, seven districts and many sections" with the aim of being a central city. So it is more important to construct the rapid rail transit to strengthen the connection among all sections.
