The 16th China (Langfang) Agricultural Products Trade Fair opened on Sept 26 in the Langfang International Conference and Exhibition Center. The fair will last three days. Its exhibition area is divided into three parts: an indoor exhibition area, outdoor exhibition area and advanced agricultural achievement demonstration park.

The trade fair, themed “green technology and service docking”, includes many activities such as livestock products trading, an agriculture achievements exhibition, and a characteristic farm products and machinery sales exhibition.

On the first day of the fair, 18 qualified agricultural programs were established in Hebei with a total value of 19.84 billion yuan ($3.15 billion).

The fair also opened a second exhibition area in Langfeng Jinfeng Agricultural Technology Park and Jiutian Ecological Leisure Agriculture Industrial Park. Farmers were able to access new product varieties and knowledge at the two parks. To offer interfacing opportunities to farmers and supermarkets, the Heibei Commerce Department organized about one hundred large-sized chain supermarket purchasers to participate in the fair.

China (Langfang) Agricultural Products Trade Fair is one of the top 10 trade fairs of its kind and is very popular in and around Hebei. Enterprises from 20 countries have attended for business and cooperation. The fair has become an increasingly efficient and unique brand.
