Shijiazhuang’s airport has reported that its winter-spring flight plan will be in operation on Oct 28. With the seasonal change, the number of flights per week will be up to 1,100, an increase of 50 percent. The airport is expecting its busiest winter-spring season in its history.

According to the seasonal plan, the number of branch lines in Hebei province will be increased to 4, and that of flight destinations will go up to 42, with direct flights reaching 51, an increase of 37.8 percent.

Meanwhile, the Airport Management Group of Hebei is assisting the airport in Zhangjiakou, Hebei province in opening a Shijiazhang-Zhangjiakou route and Shenzhen-Shijiazhuang-Zhangjiakou route, which are expected to be completed this year.
