In Aug 2003, Chende Yunshan Hotel became Chengde’s first four-star hotel. With an area of 20,000 square meters, it houses 210 guest rooms, ranging from standard rooms to presidential suites. Aside from the furnished necessities, the guest rooms are also equipped with ADSL broadband Iinternet, video on demand, temperature control systems and DD(WhAT IS DD?) telephone service. The dining halls mainly serve Guangdong, Shandong, Sichuan and Huaiyang cuisines. But they also serve Northern Imperial cuisine and local delicacies, forming unique Chinese delicacies with distinct features. The Western-style breakfast, dinner and other European and American dishes are prepared by well-trained chefs who have Western food preparation experience in foreign countries. There are 13 banquet halls and private rooms in different styles, which can accommodate 600 guests. The front lobby is full-service and is equipped with a computerized management system to provide fast service.

There are five conference rooms, which can accommodate between 20 and 200 people.
